In the dashboard, employees can transparently view their monitorings and coachings. All basic users have access to this area – the only prerequisite is that the "Standard" role is selected.
🧩 The Tiles at a Glance
The dashboard is divided into several tiles, each bundling different information:
Shows the average evaluation of the selected projects in the chosen period. The following periods are available:
• Last 7 days
• Last 30 days
• Current week
• Current month
• Current year
• Previous week
• Previous month
• Previous year
Visualizes the chronological progression of the evaluations. On the X-axis, you can choose to switch between individual evaluations or monthly averages.
Provides a statistical overview of the number of monitorings and coachings conducted, as well as upcoming appointments.
Lists the current notes – i.e. short notes from the monitorings. The overview shows the most recent entries. All notes can be viewed via "Show all".
Depending on the switch setting, shows either the monitorings or the coachings.
