💻 System Requirements for E-Coach
Technical requirements for optimal usage
E-Coach is offered as Software-as-a-Service and runs within the browser as a web application. Therefore, the following basic requirements are necessary:
• Up-to-date browser
• Stable internet connection
WebAssembly & Loading Times
E-Coach uses WebAssembly technology. The application is downloaded into the browser upon the first launch, which may result in slightly longer loading times during the initial startup (or during version updates).
📶 Recommendation: For the initial download, a bandwidth of at least 50 Mbit/s is recommended.
Browser Minimum Versions
Using WebAssembly files requires the following minimum versions for browsers:
• Google Chrome version 61.x or higher
• Google Chrome for Android version 64.x or higher
• Microsoft Edge version 16.x or higher
• Mozilla Firefox version 57.x or higher
• Safari version 11 or higher
• Safari iOS version 11.2 or higher
⚠️ Important: No support for Microsoft Internet Explorer

The listed versions represent the minimum requirement for execution. E-Coach is developed and tested for current browsers. Full functionality can only be ensured when using a current version.

We provide full support for the following current versions:

✓ Mozilla Firefox 139.0.x or higher

E-Coach uses the following features within the browser, which must therefore be enabled:

Basic requirement for the application

Requires cookies to be enabled for saving and reading
→ WebAssembly
*.wasm files must not be blocked by the proxy
🔒 Network & Firewall
Important note: E-Coach is hosted on Microsoft App Services. It must be ensured that the firewall allows access to these services.
