✨ Best Practices
Use these recommendations for optimal management of your coaching focus areas:
→ Consistent naming conventions
Define clear naming rules for your organization, e.g., "Soft Skill: Communication" instead of just "Communication"
→ Regular review
Check quarterly which focus areas are actually being used and which can be deactivated
→ Documentation for coaches
Create an overview with definitions of the focus areas so all coaches have a uniform understanding
→ Use project-specific focus areas selectively
Use project-specific focus areas only for truly project-individual topics to keep the global list organized
