📊 Monitoring Details View

Complete overview and analysis of completed evaluations

After completing a monitoring, the evaluation results are displayed in detail in the Monitoring Details. You can also reach this same view via the individual history in the Monitoring Overview.

In the upper section of the Monitoring Details, you will find the most important core information at a glance:

→ Total Score (Evaluation)

→ Auditor (Name of the evaluator)

→ Project

→ Evaluation form (including version number)

Mark for Coaching

Use the "Mark for Coaching" switch to tag the evaluation for later use in the coaching flow. When the switch is enabled, you can create a new coaching directly via the button.

💡 Tip: Marking makes it easier to specifically select evaluations for structured coaching sessions.

Use the "+New Monitoring" button to start another evaluation directly.

Average Values and Question Details

In the "Average Values" tile, you initially see the results at the section level. By expanding individual sections, you can navigate down to the individual question and transparently understand the evaluation.

✓ Benefit: Full transparency – every single evaluation can be tracked down to the detail.

Contact Details and Custom Fields

In the middle section, contact details from the master data are displayed. If you have configured custom fields for the evaluation form, this information will also appear here.

Action Areas and Notes

At the end of the monitoring details, the most important areas for development are summarized:

Action Areas

The five lowest-rated questions are identified as action areas. They show concrete starting points for improvements and coaching sessions.

Notes and Hints

All notes written during the evaluation as well as stored hints/tips are clearly presented here.

🗑️ Delete Monitoring

Permission required

Only users with the Coach role (as well as SuperAdmins) can delete monitorings using the Delete button at the end of the monitoring details.

⚠️ Important: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
