If you want to set up multiple projects at the same time, the fastest way is using the import function for projects.
🔒 The "Structure Administration" role is required for importing and creating projects.
How the import works
Within the project management, start the import via the "Import" button to switch to the import menu.
Download our template and fill in the following columns:
• Title = Name of the project (mandatory field)
• Description = Description of the project (optional)
• ExternalReference = e.g., internal project ID (optional)
After submitting the file to the system, a validation check is performed automatically. If no errors are found, the import can be started.
✅ After the upload, the imported projects are immediately available.
