Overview of the coaching focus areas
In the main area, the results of your filtering are presented graphically and in numbers:
• Summary: In the upper right corner of the area, you will find a compact count showing the total number of coachings and the number of coachings with explicitly assigned focus areas (e.g., "Coachings: 5 | Coachings with focus areas: 3").
• Distribution by focus areas: Each recorded focus area (e.g., "AHT") is displayed as a separate blue horizontal bar. Appointments without an assigned topic ("Without focus areas") are also listed in a separate bar.
• Frequency & Share: On the right edge of each bar, you can see the absolute number of coachings conducted for this focus area and the percentage share of the total (e.g., "3 Coachings (60.0%)").
• Quality score: Below the bar label, the average quality score for the respective focus area is shown in percent (e.g., "Quality score: 76.7%"). This allows the focus areas to be directly related to the delivered quality.
