The E-Coach supports the entire coaching process—from preparation through to follow-up—planning and consistent documentation throughout.
All necessary steps can be accessed at any time via the coaching menu.
The E-Coach offers two options for conducting a coaching session.
Thorough preparation is key to success. This can be done using a monitoring template or by creating a blank template based on other insights, such as customer feedback.

Coaching from Existing Session
Coaching from Existing Session
You can open any monitoring session that hasn’t yet been used as a coaching basis at any time and use it to start a new coaching.
This can be done either via the monitoring overview in the corresponding menu or directly from the selected employee’s profile when initiating a new coaching session. In both cases, you’ll see a list of all existing coaching sessions.
Create a New Coaching Session
It’s also possible to create a coaching session without linking it to a specific monitoring session. In this case, you can use the “Add” option to start with a blank template.

Prepare Coaching
If the coaching session is created from a monitoring session, any notes recorded there are automatically transferred to the coaching occasion.
If the coaching was set up independently of a monitoring session, the preparation section can be filled out manually.
This ensures that the basis for the coaching remains transparent—even for future coaches. Once completed, the preparation is saved.

Once the preparation is saved, the coaching session can either be conducted immediately or scheduled for a later time.
After entering the date and time, an invitation can be sent to the coachee. This invitation is delivered via email to the address stored in the E-Coach system. If the email is linked to a calendar, the appointment will be added automatically.
