Central overview of all employee monitorings within your authorization scope

Accessing the Monitoring Overview

As a coach or auditor, you will find the "Monitoring" item in the left-hand menu. This menu item takes you directly to the central overview of all employee monitorings that you are authorized to access.

Important: You only see employees within your authorization scope. Missing entries mean either that no monitorings exist yet or that you do not have access rights for these individuals.

Information displayed in the table

• Employee Name – Full name of the assessed person

• Associated Project – Project linked to the evaluation

• Group – Group assignment of the evaluation

• Number of Monitorings – Total number of evaluations conducted

• Cumulative Total Score – Summarized score of all monitorings

💡 Note on score calculation: The displayed total score is based exclusively on the monitorings you have access to. Evaluations outside of your authorization scope are not included in the calculation.

Individual History of an Employee

Click on an employee in the overview to view their detailed evaluation history. The individual view lists all conducted monitorings chronologically.

Detailed View of a Monitoring

To view the complete results of an individual evaluation, click on "Open Monitoring Details" in the individual history.

This detailed view enables you to perform a precise performance analysis and provides insight into concrete strengths and areas for development.
